WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?

You probably guessed it. Online Personal Training takes place remotely but still allows you to work closely with your Personal Trainer.
I provide personal training via a dedicated personal training app so you will always have all your workouts, progress data and nutritional requirements to hand - wherever you go! You can be located anywhere in the world and still receive the support you need to achieve your health, fitness and nutrition goals as it happens in real life. So it's extremely flexible and convenient; as the training takes a remote form, you can train from everywhere. Whether you don't want to miss out on your training while on holiday, visiting relatives or on a business trip - your personalised training plan will always be with you and you can always communicate with me - time difference depending! :-)

WHO IS IT FOR?

Online personal training is suitable for all those who love going to the gym, love the vibe and energy of the gym. But also those who don't like the gym environment, who don't want to commit to monthly gym membership payments or just simply prefer to train in the comfort of their own home using only your body weight or alternative equipment easily affordable and available. It is for all those who are at the start of their fitness journey or those, who have been working out for a while, but don't see the results they expected and don't know what to do to further improve their physique. You name it, but simply put, it is for everyone! In addition to this, online personal training is very cost effective as the prices of 121 in-person training in London can soar up to £500 or more a month!

On-boarding consultation & health check to ensure you are fit and healthy to train with me without any serious health implications; yeah, this might sound like the 'boring stuff' yet it's necessary as your health and safety is my utmost priority!​

 

iOS/ Android compatible training app access and own personal login

Any time access to your personalised training and nutrition program suited to your goal via your dedicated app

Calorie and macronutrient intake plan tailored to your goal, calorie and meal tracking and progress vs your goal within your app profile

 

Two hours in the gym with me at the start of the program; this is to meet each other in person, go over the proposed training program, have the opportunity to have any of your questions answered or discuss and address any potential internal or external obstacles or blockers that may get in a way of you achieving your health and fitness goals (for an extra charge, London only)

 

Flexible meal plan (or precise meal plan by a nutrition advisor for an extra charge)

 

Weekly accountability check-ins via e-mail and my feedback and suggestions

 

1 hour at the gym with me every week

 

Monthly video call to review your progress to date

 

Form check via a video on in person

 

Regular support via your dedicated app

 

Behaviour change and motivational coaching, tips how to overcome blockers that may arise, adjustment to your plan advice
